This notice covers the public Trodal website and its business demo-request form. It does not describe a deployed clinic receptionist or authorize collection of patient information.

What the form collects

We collect your name, work email, med spa name, optional scheduling-software name, contact permission, and request time. Please do not submit patient information, treatment histories, payment details, or other sensitive records.

Why we collect it

We use these details to review your request, contact you about a demonstration, and discuss the fit and scope of a service. The form is not an enrollment in a marketing campaign or a clinic appointment.

Storage and email

Requests are saved on our website server and notifications are sent to support@trodal.ai through our email provider. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. Your request is not sent to an AI model by this website.

Retention

Website inquiry records are removed from the inquiry database after 90 days. Email correspondence may remain in our support mailbox for follow-up and recordkeeping. Contact us to request deletion of your inquiry and related correspondence, subject to obligations that require retention.

Cookies and security logs

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Temporary anti-spam tokens and rate limits protect the form. Infrastructure providers may process technical connection information for security and service operation.

Clinic services are separate

Any clinic integration requires a separate scope, permissions, data-flow review, and applicable agreements before patient information is connected. This website does not make a blanket promise of local-only processing or healthcare compliance.
